Standard and Economy Flags

There is a wealth of difference between our Standard and Economy flags in terms of quality as well as price ( an economy flag costs £9.99 as opposed to similar sized Standard flag at £25 to £100 -dependent on Country). Economy flags are designed primarily for a one off event (ideally an indoor event) where the life of the flag is not so important. Of course, an economy flag will last quite some time if sited in one area and indoors where the elements of wind, rain, frost and snow do not play a part. A standard flag is suitable for being carried, waved at events and displayed outside on a flagpole. Please note therefore that the life and multitude uses of standard flags in most cases outweigh the additional cost.

Our determination of quality product manufacture has been endorsed by the Group being awarded the coveted ISO 9001 status. The ISO 9000  is primarily concerned with "quality management". This means that we are  monitored in our ability to fulfil:

- the customer's quality requirements, and
- applicable regulatory requirements, while aiming to
- enhance customer satisfaction, and
- achieve continual improvement of its performance in pursuit of these objectives.

The Group does believe that the Customer comes first and should expect and receive quality advice based not on books but personal experience. We feel that the standards required to achieve this status should be second nature to any Company. It certainly is to us!
