Pudsey’s Union Jack

Flagmakers recently got involved with the official launch of Pudsey’s Feet ahead of this year’s BBC Children In Need. Pudsey is teaming up with Shoe Zone in his latest venture to bring fun slippers to a store near you!

We were able to lend a hand at the Pudsey Feet launch event by donating one of our beautiful hand sewn Union Jack flags. The two yard flag flew proudly at the event and we were very pleased to have been able to give a little something for Children In Need.

The shoes themselves are on sale now! Buying the Shoe Zone Official Pudsey Feet means you will be giving 25% of the retail price to BBC Children In Need – as well as getting some funky new slippers. Pudsey’s visit to Shoe Zone Headquarter was a busy fun packed day. The event included cake sales, bungee runs and of course Pudsey Feet Twister.

If you would like to get behind the campaign for Children in Need please visit the Shoe Zone website where the slipper and other donate options are available. Once you’ve got your fabulous new slippers be sure to share them on social media. Simply take a picture of your Pudsey Feet and post them on social media with the hashtag #PudseyFeet. The campaign is off to a brilliant start and we’ll be keeping our eyes out for a big total by the time Children In Need airs on Friday the 13th November 2015.

Flagmakers would like to send well wishes to all involved in various Children In Need Campaigns. As ever we are sure there will be a spectacular sum of money raised by the end of the evening. We’d like to send our thanks also to Shoe Zone for providing us with a small opportunity to be involved in such a fantastic cause… Hopefully the slippers will sell like hotcakes.
