Green Equilateral Triangle:

  • The triangle is green to show that we are environmentally friendly people
  • The triangle is in the centre of the flag because our diverse community comes together and is the centre of many friendships

Yellow Circle:

  • The yellow represents the countryside and the golden fields around us during the summer
  • The circle symbolises the world and our place in it

Blue Background:

  • The blue represents the sea which is important to many of our communities (fishing, sea life, oil industry, sea sport).
