Dye Printed Flags
Dye printing is the traditional method of printing flags. The dye is applied to the material to give the colour required, it penetrates the cloth giving vibrant colour on both sides. This is ideal for volume flag production.
Sewn Flags
Sewn Flags, often referred to as 'House Flags' are made by a process called appliqué. The design is hand traced onto flag material, and then sewn to the background. Duplicates of the design are cut and sewn to the rear of the flag so it can be viewed from both sides. This method is ideal for prestigious locations and the flags are very durable.
Digitally Printed Flags
Digital Printing has greatly expanded the flexibility for designers to incorporate multiple colours and images in flags. Our digital textile printers enable any design to be reproduced regardless of complexity and size.
