The front of your business premises is the first irreplaceable impression your clients or guests will have when they first arrive and you will want it to be a memorable one. You will proudly maintain an immaculate frontage, at the centre of which are your flags and flagpoles.
The life expectancy of a flag is impossible to predict as it is entirely dependent on climatic conditions and hours of flying. A flag left out in all weathers will obviously not fare as well as one flown only in fine weather, taken down when the weather is extreme and changed frequently.
We would advise that since most flags are either an act of courtesy (as with national flags) or for advertising purposes (with company logos) it is best to have them in perfect condition by changing them regularly.
We have a dedicated London-based service team who will efficiently check, change and restore your flag to its best condition. The service we provide is determined by you, choosing the time which suits you best and the frequency of the change. We will always work around your requirements and understand the challenges which are often faced in accessing your property. And yes, we also work at night!
At each visit to your site, one of our highly trained and fully qualified engineers will firstly access and assess the flagpole, considering its safety and general condition and advising on any maintenance required. Generally, you will have two or more flags held in stock with us, which allows us to wash and make repairs on one flag whilst the other remains flying. We also offer a choice of flag change intervals, from fortnightly (every two weeks) to quarterly (four times per year) but recommend a minimum of monthly to ensure your flag is always at its very best.
Flagmakers have had plenty of experience of flag changes, especially in the London area and currently work with many prestigious London based clients, including Cartier, Chanel, Conrad St James, Dior, Graff Diamonds, Royal Horseguards Hotel and the Royal Opera House.
Please note: If you would like a flagpole installing or feel that your current flagpole requires inspection or repair, please get in touch with us and we’ll plan a no-obligation visit to your site to establish the location and building-specific requirements, making recommendations and providing options as required.
